At DroneEx, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without prior contact or approval
  • Custom-order or special-order items, if applicable
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or handling by the customer

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are packed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item received.
